Community Connections is working on a Mobile Free Store / Resource Library project. To help promote and raise funds for our neighbors in need, we are working on a video to explain our goals and highlight the good work that has been done.

Since Community Connections is a group affiliated with multiple organizations and individuals, we wish to highlight the valuable contribution each has made in and around Sonoma County.

Most of us are trying to keep our heads above water, but how can we support one another, understand the real needs and resources available, and better advocate for our neighbors who desire to live a quality life in right here in the heart of wine country?

Community Connections is a group of individuals, families, and organizations big and small who gather each month to share knowledge, experience, and information about current services and resources available to others who are faced with extreme hardship.

We support one another in a variety of ways that address serious matters such as:

  • The Housing Crisis
  • Our Homeless Population
  • Mental Health and Drug / Alcohol Addictions
  • Food Distribution
  • Family Protection / Foundation

How do we ask the right questions, connect with the right people, understand the purpose of specific organizations and best serve this community? How to do we effectively, respectfully and responsibly utilize the abundance of resources that seem abundant in this place?

Community Connections exists to maintain an accurate knowledge of services and organizations that are mobilized to respond to the specific needs of our community. We help to bridge gaps through volunteer efforts, rally for additional support and advocate for a variety of needs, projects, and community goals.

Community Connections meets ONLINE twice per month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday @ 7:00PM PST, ONLINE, year-round.

Community Connections invites you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
